New for 2026: This home also offers access to the YMCA with an indoor/outdoor (seasonal) pool, sauna, fitness center, gymnasium, racquetball, locker rooms and more.

Do you need to get away and feel the sand between your toes, then Barefoot Bliss is calling your name. This cute, three-bedroom home located on the sound side is just a short walk to the Barnes St beach access. With a spacious deck, you can enjoy outdoor living and dining. Dogs are family too and deserve a vacation and Barefoot Bliss has a fenced-in backyard that they will just love.

Guests will have access to the Village Beach Club from Memorial Day thru Labor Day and on weekends during May and September. Amenities include an oceanfront Olympic-sized pool, kiddie pool, lifeguarded beach access with convenient oceanfront parking, bathhouse, tennis courts, and a snack bar/cafe with a full-service bar that also serves lunch. The Village Beach Club is a one-stop, everything-you-need destination for a full day of fun in the sun for the entire family.

Parents and kids will love the two parks close by, one at the end of Barnes Street and Dowdy Park, located at the corner of South Croatan Highway and Bonnett Street, which offers 5 acres of recreation for every age and every ability. Features include an amphitheater, a fitness trail, and an inclusive playground. Everyone loves to have ice cream at the end of a fun beach day so head across the street to a favorite local ice cream shop.

Centrally located you can venture out and enjoy many local attractions, delicious food from many of our favorite local restaurants and take home some memories from our unique local shops.

Awesome stay

This property is centrally located and easy to assess. It is a short drive to the beach (could walk if you want) and many local attractions. The property has everything you needs the kitchen is great. There is a grill and fire pit that we enjoyed. Small fenced yard is nice. Beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!!!!
