当日になってもチェックインの方法の連絡が来なくて、家族を連れて寒い夜に路頭に迷いました。こちらの問い合わせの返事も来なくて、仕方なく別のホテルを探しました。 前日から、当日まで、旅行中は宿の事でメールや、電話の対応で、全く楽しむ事も出来ず、帰ってからも返金はしてくれるのかが、 ずっと心の中にあり、楽しいはずの家族旅行が、嫌な思い出になりそうです。 ホスト様の寛大な対応を願ってます。
