Viila 120 sqm 5m from the beach, 3 bedrooms with wardrobes (three paned and mirrored), 2 bathrooms (one with a sky view and one with a glass brick wall for privacy and natural lighting), large livingroom with sea view, large fully furnished kitchen with appliances, fireplace, one of the bedrooms is a loft, large garden with lawn and trees, internal storage space.
Large additional storage space also available next door, suitable for small watercraft (approximately 60sqm).
The garden is fenced and suitable for small children, pets, and family activities. Barbecue on site.
Also available: 2 bicycles, 2 canoes, one small rowboat with small outboard motor, sunbeds and sea umbrellas.
