"Great location right beside the metro and a shopping strip mall. We stayed in family room 411 and the internet rarely worked. They tried resetting the modem, but that didn’t help. . They offered to move us the 2nd day, but when we checked there were no family rooms available that day to switch to. Other than the internet access the hotel was nice. "

Having the office closed at 5:00 most days was a bit challenging at times as we were often touring during the day and had questions in the evening. "Out of date leaflets were given to us with offers that were no longer available. Wi-Fi wasn’t working until our last night there. Breakfast was VERY limited. We found bugs in our beds and our room was never serviced! The reception and restaurant staff were really nice and helpful and the location is lovely if you have your own transport (which we didn’t!) "The hotel was absolutely lovely! We were warmly welcomed by the people who work there. They answered all of our questions about Haarlem. The rooms were very clean and cheerful as was the rest of the hotel. It just had a very nice, warm, clean vibe about it. I also liked the location as we could venture out to different parts of the town and easily find our way back. We were also able to walk to and from the train station. It’s a 10 minute train ride to the beach and a 20 minute train ride to Amsterdam city center. Very convenient!"
