Service is lovely, breakfast could be better. Staff are very friendly, very helpful and are always ready to help, wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. At this price range, they’ve nailed everything

Even though the hotel seems dated, it does have a certain appealing charm which we enjoyed. You don’t often get to stay in the palace. Staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. I would definitely come back to this location if I’m ever back in Mysore.

Overall stay was OK. For the price, accommodation was inadequate. The room says occupancy is for 4, but only one bed provided, upon request additional folding bed was provided, which is very basic, not up to mark, for the price charged. Another annoying thing is, only one room key card provided, lift operates only with key card. They said no second key would be provided, which is strange and annoying. Facility inside is OK, but on out side (my room window side) faces a horse dump. Room floors are squeaky, looks like wood expanded due to moisture exposure. Who ever designed door for water closet probably thinking, most people waste size is less than 20 inches, because the clearance between sink and door is at most is 18 inches. Staff is courteous and pleasant, except in the break fast area, where they provided zero service, except greeting. Overall below average value for the Mysore location for the price charged.

Stay was excellent and house keeping staff was so amazing. Food was not great and they need to improve - brunch food was not hot at all and fresh. chicket meat was hard, sausage not fresh, fish was not freshly cooked -was rubbery, so they need to improve food big time to continue get customers to stay - no value for money in food.

Great hardware and poor software

Good property close to the Mysore palace. Clean rooms. Good breakfast spread. Very good food. But slow service at the restaurant. Service staff moving around and have to really work hard to attract their attention. And front office staff not exactly the epitome of friendly service. They do their job. That’s about it.
