Welcome to your new home away from home at Waterway Village, Myrtle Beach! Nestled within a coveted gated community, this charming 2bedroom 2bathroom condo offers a serene retreat with modern comforts and scenic views of the Golf Course. If you are looking for a spacious clean home for your family, golf group, or just somewhere to get away.... you have just found it. Myrtle Beach is one of the most popular vacation destinations on the east coast. Our units come with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, towels and bed linens, complementary wifi and cable TV. Any guest booking with us must be at least 25 years of age and sign our rental agreement. We do not rent to locals.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
