- Spacious and comfortable NEWLY RENOVATED 3 bedroom condo rented as 2 or 3 bedroom space. Conveniently located on the 17th fairway of parkland no.17. 2 king beds can be split into 2 extra large twins or left together as pictured. Appliances, utensils, and grill make food prep on the premises a practical option. Alisa pub is .6 miles away. Golf rounds can be scheduled on all 3 legends courses at EXCEPTIONAL RATES with breakfast/lunch and 2 beers included with GOLF for as low as $25 A ROUND. (ask owner how to get this deal) Lower level for easy access for luggage and golf clubs without having to negotiate stairs. Newly renovated pool and Hot tub complex are directly across the street. Come to enjoy this exceptional property.
