We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was big enough for our family of 5. We were super close to everything we wanted to do. The pool area was clean. The beach was clean. We’d recommend this place to our family and friends!

Excellent stay

The unit is in good shape. It was clean and everything pretty much worked as expected. Nice views of the city and beach. We’ve stayed at Sandy Beach several times. It seems a bit cleaner and better maintained than our last visit a few years ago.

Great place to stay

We stayed on the 18th floor. The view was beautiful! The condo was very clean. The only issue we didn’t like was the kitchen was not stocked very well with things we needed to cook with. It would have been great to have some bowls to prepare food in, a can opener to open cans, dish towels to dry dishes, and a good paring knife to cut with. We did purchase those things at Walmart near by, other than that, we will be staying there again and will tell others it was a fantastic location!!! We had a great week!

I traveled with my cousin. The condo was just as described. Clean and spacious with a beautiful view. Our only suggestion is to have a few beach chairs. We bought a few and had to leave them at the airport. I would definitely come back to this condo.

Condo at Myrtle Beach

Location was great. Condo could’ve been cleaner. Bedding had stains and pillows were gross. Had to go to Walmart to purchase new ones. Found what appeared to be pubic hairs in the dresser drawers, luckily there was a vacuum there to sweep up. Definitely left the condo cleaner than we found it.

Good location, ok view if you don't have vertigo.

The property was fairly clean when we arrived, but certain areas in the bedrooms and bathrooms were still sticky and sandy. A quick clean fixed that. The location is great, right on a nice section of beach, just the room we got was on the 18th floor and on the front corner where the rooms were facing the amusement park across the street rather than the beach. Great overall experience. Would go again.

Top floor of condo building with sweeping view of inner Myrtle Beach and slight view of oceanfront. Amenities were adequate. King size bed mattress was sagging and had stains. Also few pillows were provided, make sure to bring your own. Carpeting was dated and stained.

Our stay with Elliot Beach Rental at Sandy Beach Resort was great! The property location was the key factor for our stay. It is in great proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, convenient stores and entertainment. The resort is nice. I've stayed here every summer vacation with family for the past 15 years and we always enjoy our stay. While it is an old building, they work diligently to keep everything freshened up and operational. The Staff is great! Security, Front Desk, Maintenace, Housekeeping and Groundmen always try to accommodate and assist guest in any way possible. (this could really be a 5-star resort) As for our room accommodations, the setup is nice. Very spacious and the views are impeccable... With a few upgrades the place would be top of the line. The mattresses need to be replaced, flooring replaced with new carpet or laminate floors, update furnishings (sofa. dining table, tv's and stands. coffee tables and nightstand's) I've been staying with this resort for quite some time, and I've stayed in some of the upgraded private oceanfront owners' suites. I just love this type of unit because it offers city views and beach views. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

Great location , great amenities.

Easy check in and check out. Accommodation were clean. Only negative item- sleeper sofa - sleeper was not useable as it was broken and mattress completely worn out, it needs to be replaced or adjust occupancy #. There were 1 king and 1 queen.

The property is in a great location. Steps from the Family Kingdom Amusement park and a small market. Very close to the boardwalk. Lots of swimming options for the entire family right on site. The unit was clean but it does need quite a bit of TLC.
