Sands Beach Club is a wonderful oceanfront property that has oceanfront or ocean view balconies; in some condos you can enter the balcony from both the spacious living area and master bedroom. Dining area for entertaining and fun game nights is sure to be a hit with all. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor pool and whirlpool, basketball and volleyball court, lighted tennis courts, covered parking area, elevators, and coin operated laundry facilities.
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

The unit needs some cosmetic work. i would say that the place was tired and needs freshening up. we really love the location and the size of the unit however they had a cable box in the Master Bedroom that was not working well and when i called Spectrum they said that box had been terminated 2 years ago FYI ????? we would probably come back to this Building but now in this unit.
