Overall stay was great. Beach location was amazing. The kids loved the pools and hot tubs. Burgers at the restaurant in the hotel were very good. The place could use some updates and a couple more people cleaning up in common areas throughout the day, But overall, it was sufficient for our three night stay.

Room was a bit small but it had great amenities. Having a full kitchen helped cut down on costs which is always a plus.

The room was great! The pools were nice! The beach access was great and easy to get to! The only thing was lacking was a few kitchen items in the condo! There was no Baking pans or whisk ! But the rest was great!

Needs renovations badly ! There was a crack/hole in our tub that was taped up and looked cringy . We had to go purchase a shower rug to cover it up . Remodeling needs to be done badly !

Whew! It was right on the beach, that was the best part, we had a great view, and kitchen. The hotel its self had a smell, like stale cigarettes, and mold maybe. The room was not clean, there were stains on the comforters, and I did not trust sitting on the couch in the room. Bring your own linen!!!! Although we requested fresh linen, it was still rather stained!

One out of two pools was dirty. It had trash floating arund in it, like used goggles, wrappers and debris. The middle hot tube smelled like stagnant water.

The property was very dirty found fescue in the bathroom blood on pillow and sheets when brought to their attention tried insinuating it was from us this was our send room the 1st one the toliet was about to fall over and the smell of marijuana was horrible says no pets allowed well there were many. We got a $50 voucher because of they nastiness but after ordering the restaurant called and were out of buns and called back again were out of fries mind you they only served mostly sandwiches. Do NO RECOMMEND

the water park it not include you need to pay for it they will give u 2 pass and you need to pay for any person . also i do not like the idea of deposit for $250 .
