Villa 2BR was very clean, activities throughout the day, several pools, volleyball, gym, and rental chairs and umbrella in the beach were enjoyed ! Will be back!

Family Friendly Resort

Can’t say enough about how great this resort is. Whether you’re with kids and enjoying the kids pools, activity center and numerous activities or you’re on an adults trip and relaxing at the adult pool, listening to the live music at the pool or playing Boozy Bingo, this place has it all and it’s worth every penny for the stay. Can’t wait to return.

Wonderful End of Summer Trip

The resort was lovely. The pools were great and there were several from which my family could choose. My children loved the treehouse playground as well. The entire transaction was seamless. We had no issues checking in at the resort. The resort met all of our expectations. I would highly recommend OceanWatch Villas at Grande Dunes.

Enjoyed Our Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Marriott OceanWatch! We had one of the garden view rooms. We were assigned to a room in the Pine building, which was on the first floor. Despite being on the first floor, we had essentially the same level of privacy that you would expect from a higher floor and had a charming view of many trees and a creek that passed in front of our room. As far as food goes, we liked Woody's, which I believe has the same food as the Sand Dollar. The fish in the fish and chips was delicious! I would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful resort. My teenagers, and younger kids, enjoyed all the pools on the property, as well as the ball courts. I noticed that resort staff goes above and beyond to keep everything functioning, clean, and convenient/comfortable for guests. LOVED our stay, will definitely return.

Excellent Stay

Our family found the facility to be clean and well maintained. Access to the beach was good and the locker area to store beach chairs and accessories was a big bonus. We really enjoyed the serenity pool and hot tub as well. Only minor issue is I don't care for cashless places but otherwise our stay was excellent and we would go back.

4th of July week

Loved that the room had a small washer and dryer! Only down side was we were responsible to wash our own beach and bath towels. This spot was a ways down from broadway which we loved. With it being 4th of july week it wasn't as crowded. It was a busy place but not as busy as I was expecting it to be.

Paid for "Oceanside" - Received Parking Lot View

The hotel was nice. The room was clean and met our needs for an 2 bedroom. The listing however, was inaccurate. The photos for “Oceanside” show a sea view from both the balcony as well as the bedrooms but you may or may not get a view depending on what floor you’re on. We were told that you cannot choose which floor. It’s chosen by the hotel upon check-in. If you’re on the ground floor, you will not see any of the ocean. As for us we had a view of the parking lot. Unfortunately, We had to pay the same price as an ocean view.

Beautiful Property

The condo was perfect for our family. It appeared to be newly renovated, and was very clean and well maintained. My only issue was with the listing. The ad stated the unit's view was Ocean view, however, our condo was a first floor unit and did not have a view of the ocean. Our only view was of the people walking by the unit on the way to the beach.

Not an easy access

The condo was great. It was very clean and comfortable. Everyone was friendly. The only issue I had with the location of the condo was the sales floor in the conch building was on the second floor. There were restrictions to not allow carts through the second floor and the doors are locked after 5:00. It was inconvenient for loading and unloading cars after a day out or groceries or luggage.

Amazing Vacation at a Beautiful Property

Marriott Oceanwatch Resort was perfect for our family of 6. The teenagers loved the pools, beach, and ball courts… and our younger kids also had a blast. The location of the room was steps away from hot tub and serenity pool, so my husband and I could enjoy those without worrying even when the kids wanted to rest in the room. I can’t say enough good things about the our stay, absolutely as close to perfect as I’ve ever experienced! The room was roomy, luxurious, modern (with streaming capabilities on all TVs and lots of charging ports), and super clean. LOVED it! One thing that could help future guests is knowing that the resort actually provides pool towels. We would have packed fewer towels had we known this before to lighten our load. They also provided toiletries in large bottles attached to shower walls such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It was a pleasant surprise and I was able to leave the ones I brought unpacked!

Pure perfection

This was the An amazing vacation . From check in to check out it was perfect. Beautiful view from the 14th floor. Our room was perfect. Every employee at this resort was nice and helpful. There was activities for the kids and adults. We only left the resort for supplies. We Bbq daily and used every pool they had which was 7 I believe. The beach was steps away and they had storage units for all your beach needs right at the beach access which made it so easy for pit chairs toys and umbrellas .I'm so happy we found this amazing resort Ty for beautiful memories
