  • This beautiful complex is located on 13 acres that was originally the Ocean Forest Hotel, a South Carolina landmark, in the Pine Lakes area. It is located at 5601 N. Ocean Blvd. and considered by locals as one of the most beautiful beaches on the Grand Strand.

    There are 1,000 feet of white sand beach for family fun or a relaxing walk. The complex has 2 pools and 2 Jacuzzis. The master suite has a queen bed, a magnificent new private bath, and opens to the private deck. The second bedroom has 2 twin xl beds with new mattresses and a large bathroom with tub/shower.

    Our condo is easily considered the best location in Ocean Forest Villas.
    This is a second floor beachfront unit so the views of the beach are wonderful. This unit is also a corner unit so you will only have neighbors on one side. Your beachfront unit also overlooks the pool and sundeck. Only a handful of units at Ocean Forest Villas have a similar premium location.

    Plenty of free on-site parking. Great shopping nearby at Tanger Outlets. Publix, Lowes, and Fresh Market near as well. Great golf right across from the entrance at Pine Lakes.

    If you prefer there is a nice sidewalk for running or walking as well as a parcourse for exercise.

Wonderful stay at the beach

This was a great place to stay. The place was nicely furnished and really felt like home. The beach view is amazing and we were able to enjoy the sunrise every morning from the balcony. The pool was just steps away and they are building a new sun deck right next door which is ideal for older kids looking to get tan. This is where we are going to look again and hopefully the days are open in the future :)

The condo was great, you have an unobstructed view of the beach. The neighborhood is quiet. They have plenty of supplies! Bowels, pots, pans and silver. My kids and I enjoyed our stay immensely.

This condo is such a great location...just take a flight of steps down to the pool or a few steps across the street to the beach. The beach stayed completely uncrowded on this end of town as compared to the grand strand. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Joe was so helpful to make our trip a great one. Thanks again!

Great condo; oceanfront as advertised. Views from balcony are beautiful! This is closer to beach than other properties. Smaller condo complex, not high rise like others in MB. Cozy cute condo with everything you need, even beach gear. Updates to master bath were very nice. Wonderful host, very responsive and available. Thanks for our stay we enjoyed it very much.

Absolutely loved this stay! 1 minute walk to the beach. Gorgeous view! We watched the sunrise every morning. And not far from the boardwalk. If we had to complain about anything, the bed in the master could use a mattress pad. I slept fine but wife woke up sore.

The condo was the perfect spot for our family of four during our stay in Myrtle Beach. The ocean vibe was tastefully captured in the decor and everything was nice, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful unobstructed ocean view from the deck and the ease of walking across the street to the uncrowned beach. Many restaurants and stores are just a few minutes away. Our stay was wonderful and we look forward to returning to this wonderful condo in the future.

Everything as advertised. Remodeled kitchen and both bathrooms. Joe is a hands on owner and answers texts within minutes. We had one issue and he took care of it quickly. Note that there is a walk up one flight of stairs. Restaurants are not walkable, but there are plenty in the area. I would recommend the Flamingo, Fiesta Mexicana,and Ciao. Great view from balcony and short walk to beach. Hope to come back soon.

This property is listed as pictured. It is very clean and the host is prompt in responding to any questions. The ocean front view is spectacular. However, I would suggest that the host put a TV in the 2ndry bedroom and adjust the temperature as it was a little warm in the unit some days. No elevator! Nevertheless, I would definitely return.
