Lovely 1BR condo in Myrtlewood

Summary:
2nd floor, ON the Golf Course in an ELEVATOR building of the very desirable complex of Magnolia Place in Myrtlewood. Very centrally located and only 2 miles to the beach! Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Condo sleeps up to 4 guests.
*Pets are NOT allowed

The Space:
1 bedroom, 1 bath, Very spacious condo. 1 King bed, 1 pullout sofa in the living room. Washer and dryer available in the unit.
*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Dining area open to living room.
*Sheets and linens provided.
*Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Pets are NOT allowed.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (4 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is free.
* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.

Other Things to Note:
*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.
*Pool key is photographed before each stay. There is a $100 fine for lost/broken pool key.
*Please review my house rules.
*Pets are NOT allowed.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.

Please communicate through the website or app only. Downloading the Airbnb app is recommended for more convenient communication. You can call or text to the private number only in case of any urgency.
