Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Palmetto Vacations did not have the unit ready for us on arrival. They did have it "ready" after about an hour. However, the unit still had food stained dining room chairs, overhead kitchen light totally out, dining room lights on candelabra were out, soap scum and mold on shower curtain, missing holder on top of master bedroom lamp, worn mattresses, and missing toilet paper holder. We were told that the lights and dining room chairs would be taken care of...didn't happen. Was told we would be compensated for the unit not be ready...we were not. Also had to take care of a wasps nest outside the front door that was on a maintenance door. Overall it was just dirty and not up to expecation.
