Its your normal kind of place not paying a fortune. I do think it was overpriced for the type of place. Could use some remodeling, could be more clean but as expected for being under 1000$

Horrible property

This had to be the worst property I have ever stayed at. The rooms are dated, the swimming pool should be closed dow., it looked cloudy and unsanitary. Very deceiving property when reviewing it on the VRBO site. They had rent a cops who did nothing but patrol the property, there were young people throughout the property that were very loud and they did nothing to stop it. We stayed in room 914, the people above us parties allnight, the rent a cops should have put an end to the noise but nothing. Don't get up early to take a shower because you will be taking an Ice bath. Water didn't get warm until after 9 AM. Carpet throughout the property is old, needs replacing. There were spots on the ceiling. Towel replacement was an adventure, maybe they would come in a timely manner, other times had to place another call. The parking garage is a joke, I would not want my wife or kids parking in there by themselves. Overall, not a pleasant experience. We will never stay here again. Too many other choices on the strip.

Fantastic place for family

We were so satisfied with this hotel. It was our first time there. So many water features, pools of several different depths, lazy rivers, and several hot tubs. Everyone was very helpful when we needed towels, trash bags, etc. Would definitely recommend the Landmark.

Check-in line on Friday was long & constant each time I visited the lobby from 2:30- 9pm. The halls are not clearly marked to locate the bridge to cross over the road to the parking deck. The hotel map is not helpful. The hotel pools were located but only with signage we found as we got back to the lobby. Security was present almost everywhere as well as maintenance and cleaning staff which was a plus. Random parts of the hotel smelt like marijuana but being that a CBD store is right down the road on every direction, possibly it was that? The doors to the rooms slam hard or they did on our floor anyways. Every time a neighboring room occupant came or went we heard the door slam. All hours of the night. Also walls are paper thin! At night we could heard clearly conversations from the room beside us like they had a curtain between us, not a wall. Pools- there are many. Hot tubs are warm outside.. maybe 95 at Max. Heated pools are heated and was nice for a brief time during 50’s mid day weather. The hotel blocks all sun after mid day so all outdoor pools are Shaded. Indoor pools were warmer- wall showed 104. I believe it. Lots of rouge towels taking up chairs and such. Not enough chairs or tables. Cleaning staff and pool staff were present each time we visited. Hot tubs were enjoyable but things were floating and I did wonder when the last time they had been drained... the smell of chlorine most likely killed any bacteria though. I don’t know if we will stay there again.
