Woke up covered in bug bites!

I woke up in the morning with severe, painful, itchy bug bits, many on my legs, a few on my arm, and one on my face. They were terrible itchy for entire stay there, and after. I contacted the property & submitted pictures of the bug bites and they stated the room came up negative for bug bites but said the testing document couldn't be released to anyone and I should go to the doctor to prove they were "BED BUGS", and submit to them the doctors report..... REALLY. Whether or not they were bed bugs or any bugs, there were bugs biting me during my sleep. And they wouldn't release the testing document, but they wanted a note from my doctor.!! WOW. I pulled back the sheets to see what I could find and the mattress protector was stained. Totally disgusting!!! Very disappointed and will be filing a complaint with the Healthy Dept. and the BBB.
