The room was ok the shower curtain had mold on the bottom of it and the sofa was a little rough looking very worn out. Other than that the room was perfect for our stay. Staff was friendly and service was offered. Will definitely stay again.

Basic room clean no amenities such as coffee or ice available. Great for a basic motel mostly quiet a few vehicles drove by blasting there loud exhaust I guess to prove they were there. I would stay there again. It would be an asset to have coffee and an ice dispenser on the grounds. Staff was great they treated me well, with respect and kindness

Stayed here while working the Country Music Festival. Beds were comfy, room was clean, plenty of hot water. About 10 min to downtown Myrtle Beach. Manager/owner of property was super nice. Greeted me when I checked in, and gave me some 30 min wiggle room at check out when I was finishing up work zoom call. I would def stay there again next year for CCMF 2026

It was an overall good experience here. They were in the midst of renovations throughout the property so everything wasn't completely finished when we stayed...but they are understandably working hard to make this a place worth staying for the value. The owner was very friendly and made sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. I would consider coming back the next time we are in the area.

Let me start off by saying 712 Inn staff and check in were incredible. I arrived just after noon needing to check in and sleep. They were happy to accommodate me and I was able to get some needed rest. The staff treated my wife and myself as a valuable customer during our stay and friendly. The price for the room was very reasonable priced. It is an older motel, but the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. If you choose to stay here, look at the positive experience. It’s a safe place to stay, fairly priced stay, and again great staff. If you are on a budget, wanting to be near the beaches, this is your place.

Great place to stay for the price. Obviously it’s not like walking into a Hilton Resort though. The rooms were clean. Showers were warm. Water pressure was fine. Mini fridge and microwave worked. The staff seems to be actively upgrading and remodeling the grounds.

All the staff were great and pleasant. The room was clean. It was a quiet environment no one was loud or obnoxious. I can honestly say it was a hidden gem tucked away especially if you are on a budget. My husband went for a late night swim and it was relaxing. Unfortunately no hot tub but that won’t stop you from relaxing when you get back to the hotel. I never leave reviews but this place deserves the review.

Needed a cheap hotel just to sleep in. It’s perfectly priced for what it is. Clean and safe and got a good nights rest.

Over all, it was decent. One set of sheets had a major size stain on them although they seemed to be clean. Freezer in mini fridge was frozen solid. Other than that, the AC worked great as well as the shower and the mattresses were comfortable.

Honestly, how is this place not more popular?!

Honest review. The pros: 24/7 front desk (I was able to check in about 11pm), staff friendliness (I was always greeted with a smile), CLEAN ROOM (the reason it’s cheap is because it’s an older motel/hotel, but the room was super clean!), comfort (I’m 6’7”, I don’t fit in most beds or showers. I fit just fine in the bed, super comfy, the shower was a little short for me but not as most. And the water pressure was Okay. Not super but no where near bad.). Cons: the pool is small (but if you’re staying here, it’s to go to the beach, not the pool), the laundry room/ice room appears to be in the process of being renovated (everything is in there and working, but you can tell there’s repairs going on), and it’s an older property (not for everybody, but it gets the job done.). Again, if you’re staying here, it’s to go to the beach and have a clean and comfortable place to come back to sleep, eat, and wrap up the day. It’s old, but it’s a cute little motel tucked in the side streets of Myrtle. It is 100% worth the price. But again, if you’re looking for glitz and glamor, this isn’t the place. I don’t know why this isn’t more popular and busy, but it should be. Clean rooms, friendly staff, fair/cheap prices. Will stay here again if I ever need to (I stayed two nights while waiting for family to arrive for the house we booked) and would honestly recommend it for anyone looking to do the same.
