No Regrets!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was perfect! Took the grands to Lakewood for spring break again this year and decided on this rental due to having convenient access to the lake! My grandson absolutely loves to fish and he definitely took advantage of having the water right out the back door! The location was convenient to both the water activities as well as being near the store, put-put, paddle-boating, etc. It was a clean unit and worked very well for us. Would give a thumbs up for sure!

2878 Crater Lake - Would NOT Recommend

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation rental was not clean. Floor was filthy and we could not walk with bare feet or white socks without both turning black. Bedrooms were extremely small. Could barely get around the bed to the other side. Kitchen was not stocked well at all. Pots and pans were so old and wore out that everything you cooked in them stuck to the pan. Hardly any dishes or cookware or utensils. No oven mitts. Overall, you could just tell the place was not very well maintained. Dirt caked around the baseboards in the bathroom. The only good thing about it in my opinion was the deck overlooking Crater Lake. Would definitely not recommend and I will not be staying there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was quaint and decorated so cute! The cleanliness could have been better. There was some mold under the kitchen sink and that made a musty smell. The rooms were small, but workable. Those are really the only complaints I have. It was a great spot in the park! Check in was great! The camp grounds are awesome with plenty to do!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. The unit was nice and up to date. Everything was clean. The only issue we had was a roach infestation. We saw the first one shortly after we got there and then they multiplied. We bought bug spray but that didn’t work. Maintenance came and sprayed due to the exterminator being closed for the holidays. That didn’t work. The exterminator came Friday and that helped until Saturday when we saw more roaches. So the unit really needs to be totally treated. Also, the shower around to the right has a leak at the top of the bottom base. We just put a towel around it. These are just issues that are going to happen but we still had a great time.

Very tight living conditions.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental had a great view of the small lake outback but other than that really disappointed with this rental. The beds are too big for the rooms as my family had to walk sideways just to get by the beds in all the rooms. There was supposed to be parking for two cars but only enough room for one small car and a golf cart. Also had our two small dogs in back bedroom and we got a ticket for not having our dogs in a cage while in the rental? How is a dog going to protect us in the rental in a cage? Makes zero sense.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a great time here. The unit was well stocked, clean and comfortable. It gave us the experience of camping without having to really "rough" it. If I had one recommendation it would be to steam clean the sofas. Other than that, everything was great!
