Located in the newest and most prestigious building of Kingston Resorts, the Margate building, this 4-bedroom oceanfront unit is a masterpiece. A recently complete full renovation included new floors, completely new furniture, repainted walls, new light fixtures, blackout draperies, and more. This unit, with its amazing family-friendly layout, delights all who stay here.

This unit features a huge Great Room that has a dining area that can seat up to 10, thanks to its extension dining table, a large and comfy sectional sofa with two swivel accent chairs in the living area, plus a separate seating area in the Lounge, which has a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a writing nook! The kitchen is charming with its honey-colored cabinets, lovely granite and matching stainless-steel appliances, it’s also fully stocked with cookware and utensils. Directly off the kitchen is the Utility Room with a full-sized washer and dryer, utility sink, and an additional entrance.

All bedrooms have new furniture and mattresses: the primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with all new bedding, a new headboard, writing desk, and side tables. The massive ensuite bathroom with its jetted soaker tub and separate shower has been touched up too. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and all new furniture; this bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and access to the main balcony. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, all new furniture and a shared ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has 2 extra-long twins that can be combined into a king, and like the rest, this bedroom has all new furniture! All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, plus a 75” Smart TV in the Great Room. The balcony has astounding 25th floor ocean front views of the beach and ocean, you can sit out on the patio and enjoy the sounds of the waves crashing in below!

Guests who rent with us have full and exclusive access to all Kingston Resorts managed amenities including: Currents Pool Complex and Waterparks at Embassy Suites, Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort pools, resort shuttle service, cashless charging privileges on the resort, Wi-Fi and 24 hour on-site staff, including maintenance and security.
**Please know that the waterparks at Currents close on October 1 for the season.

Family vacation

Enjoyed Bella Vista very much. All the little touches added to our great time, the pre-stamped post cards, charging cords if needed, the views, abundance of cookware, etc. We have stayed at several Margate properties, this was by far our favorite. The Dickinsons seem to be very thoughtful owners!

I have stayed in Randy's property multiple times. It is always clean and well furnished . Randy is always very quick to respond with any of my questions. I highly recommend staying at this property and location in Pidgeon is excellent.

Exceptional 4 bedroom layout.

We visited family on this trip and previously lived in MB. Kingston is my favorite place to stay because it’s ocean front and has tons of trees. The condo was great, possibly the best 4 bedroom layout I’ve stayed in. Worked perfectly, everyone had their privacy. View was great.

Awesome Place to stay

This property was so clean and beautiful. We enjoyed being on vacation woth our family for the week. Everything you could need has been so well thought out down to the little details. The pictires do not do the ocean justice...breathtaking views from the kitchen, living room, and main bedrooms. We especially loved the currents pool and splash area for the kids. We will definitely be back.

Really Impressive!

Everything about this condo pleased us. We prepared Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen and it was so well stocked that we didn’t even need to drag out most of the items we packed in order to cook. The furniture is perfect for gathering and the views and thoughtful touches made everything very comfortable and inviting for a holiday gathering! Thank you for exceeding our expectations!

Comfortable & Spacious!

Our group was very happy with this spacious condo. Comfortable beds, ample seating area in the living room, and plenty of space for a toddler to play. There were plenty of beach towels available for guest use...which we did not ancipate from property management correspondence and brought our own. We enjoyed time in the heated outdoor pool and hottub at the margate. And we also took advantage of the resort indoor pool and pickleball/tennis courts. We would book this unit again if we ever come back to the area.

Beautiful Condo

This property is worth every penny. It is beautifully decorated and very spacious! I was worried about the high floor, but it didn't seem high when I stood on the balcony. There were eight of us and we never felt cramped. The only hiccup while we were there was the ice maker was not working. It really wasn't a big deal. We just purchased ice and kept it in the freezer. I will definitely book this property again. Thank you, Randy!

Booking was simple, the ladies I worked with to book and leading up to our vacation were so kind and helpful and I appreciate the emails prior to our stay with all of the information we needed. This unit was beyond our expectations. The owners really have thought of absolutely everything for their guests. We stayed with two families consisting of 4 adults and 4 boys all ages 6 and younger. The owners kindly had beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and even toys and games. The location is also perfect! We had access to the beach and Currents waterpark, but our kids also loved having the pools at Margate that were much less crowded to play at. There were times we were the only people at the Margate pools and it was so nice to relax while the kiddos had the pool to themselves. The location is also perfect and we were so close to all of the fun places we wanted to visit. I cannot recommend this rental enough and we hope to be back every year!

The home was beautiful and comfortable. The beach is spectacular with the fine white sand. It is easy to walk up and down the beach and with the high tides, the beach is packed down. If you like hunting for seashells, this is a great location. The ability to use the amenities of the Embassy Suites and other locations is a huge plus. If I could make 2 recommendations/Need recycling available. We had throwing away recyclables. The back reader was not functioning so you could not enter from the rear of the building. Overall our family had a very enjoyable and relaxing time.

The closet of beach stuff worked out very well as we didn't need to bring any beach chairs or sand toys for the little ones. The postcards were a great touch as we haven't done that in years so having them there all ready and stamped was very convenient. I loved the map on the wall for the guest to place where they are from. The resort itself wasn't as convenient as some others in the area. Indoor pools we had to leave the building to get to. The fitness center had a lot of great stuff but was again a little drive or walk away. We really loved it here. Shopping was super convenient as well as it was just down the road. The property management company was great as well. I had great communication with them although I needed nothing. They got us an early check in by a couple hours which was great as we arrived in town at 8am.

Condo was very clean, no issues with anything. Our 2nd stay at unit. We have stayed at several Margate properties, this is by far our favorite. The owners have provided amenities that we appreciate!!!! Hope to make it again next year.
