"Direction to apartment very poor No English tv. Bed side lamp bulb blown before we arrived. Limited hot water supply. No instructions to near by places or maps. No staff to help in evening or early morning. Nothing available in evening. Remote from any restaurant for evening. No road signs from mutxamel to bonalba. Staff were helpful did their best."
