"Overall my stay was nice. Especially because it was during the off season.
The pros of my vacation where:
-They remembered an incident that happened 10 years ago, and I got a complementary room upgrade.
-Sharm the manager really made me feel like he cared, even Calling me Mr. Chris when I walked by.
-One service worker with a amazing mustache gave us water bottles to go biking. I wish I knew his name.
My only complaints are:
The pool cues desperately need to be replaced.
The room service menu really doesn't have a lot of options. I didn't ask, but I don't see why I couldn't order food for delivery from the restaurants to my room.
-Bathtub had hairline scratches in it that looked like hair( but they came 3 times, twice when I was gone and once while I was there to clean it. ) but the resort is pretty old.
-one and the $30 a night parking charge.
Overall, it was really enjoyable during the off season. All the rooms have kitchens, so just go-to the Foodland. The pool cues still work, even if they're old, and there is also a shower available. So my complaints are minor. - This is still a good resort."
