Clean, quiet, nice hotel

This was a very clean hotel and in a safe location. Check in/out was very quick and easy. The staff was very welcoming and helpful with any needs that we had. We will be staying at this hotel .

Family owned and operated, very affordable

While you are considering your hotel choice please remember this: this Budget Inn is owned and operated by the most wonderful little family. It is not a big, name brand hotel with a parent company. This is a family running a business. And for that, they deserve 5 stars. The furniture may be "dated" but I got the best sleep ever on the King bed we had. It was a simple spring mattress but so incredibly comfy. The sheets were clean and the bed was well made with care. For a smoking room, it barely smelled like cigarettes. Yes, the AC is off when you arrive. It is expensive to AC rooms that aren't being used. It only takes a few minutes to cool off. They don't have coffee makers and hair dryers because these kinds of items are often stolen and because they are a small buisness, they do not have a stock of spare amenities. However, I'm sure they offer it. By staying here, you are supporting a very sweet local family. We had issues with me losing my ID somewhere between home and Muskogee, and an issue with my credit card but they were so kind about it. I have spent twice as much at other hotels and recieved the worst service and experience. It is a simple hotel with a very affordable price in a quiet and safe part of town. I will stay here every single time I come to Muskogee or Tulsa.
