Horrible! Zero communication from owner!

Had a confirmed booking and was charged however I never received any information on how to check into the property. I arrived at the property and no one was there for me to check in. I messaged the owner on the VRBO app and never received a response. After traveling several hours to stay at this property I had to scramble to make other arrangements for the weekend. VRBO customer service to resolve this and provide a refund is atrocious and have been no help.

The room we stayed in was nice until the people upstairs started bouncing a ball and running around. We could hear them talking like they were in the room. But the local area had a lot to offer and was a lot of fun.

We were in the attic, it was enough room for us but it just was very old and didn’t seem safe. We were surprised that they could rent this room out!

Very clean great location close to shopping dining and the beach did not like only seating available was a Futon and hard chairs also website showed pictures of amenities not offered such as tiki bar and pool

This property is very small and in a 150 yr old house. Unfortunately we would not come back due to size, price, no central air, no access to pool.

Grand Haven Grandly Charming

The resort is adorable and quaint. I would have liked some condiments for the coffee -sweetener, creamer, etc. It also wasn't immediately obvious where to plug in the inflatable bed. But it was a perfect space for my family of five. The location to watch the musical fountain was perfect. I would ask the lawn people to NOT start at 8 am on a Monday morning.

Good location for downtown/waterfront but for the money, the facility needs to do some serious updating with comfort and convenience (newer and comfortable couch and especially bed, more TVs with better quality and upgraded cable/satellite, more walls mirrors, better/bigger shower system with doors).
