"Davide and the staff were excellent. Very accommodating. The place was hard to find and a couple of very minor things didn't work as expected (e g., safe, variety of breakfast options), but overall it was a wonderful experience."
"The facilities are amazing
Its close to the train station the staff is friendly.
I definitely recommend this hotel. The food is great and the beverages too."
"Food at the onsite restaurant was wonderful. We had dinner and breakfast and really enjoyed it. The issue is the rooms, our room was musty, old, and the cleaning job was horrendous. "This place is amazing ! Renatto helped us with directions and guided us with much helpful recommendations on places to go ,where should we walk at night where not to ,it was fantastic we love the hotel as it suited my family needs to the highest standards. If you have a car they will help you accommodate where to park and safely for a reasonable price don’t think about it twice to stay here ! "
" Very good hotel with free laundry room, a section with pool and ping pong tables. Restaurant was actually good. Also there is a walking section with lounge tables that was nice
Felt safe in the hotel. Only drawback is the area around the hotel is not nice so we usually took taxis. However I recommend this hotel."
"Nothing was too much trouble - the reception staff were excellent and always willing to recommend how to best get the most out of our time there. The shuttle service to the metro and free underground parking were also very useful 👍
I would certainly recommend staying here."
