"Clean room although it had a hole in the wall that let you see into the common bathroom. The shower was too small and the temperature was not able to be graduated. Only burning hot or freezing cold. The elevator broke on the third night we were there and they never fixed it so we had 5 days without the elevator. Other than that the staff was amazing and we felt safe in the hotel. "

"Great hotel, with easy access to metro station, only 4 stops from the Collosseum. There are some good restaurants within 5-10 minutes away by car. Hotel has a good restaurant too. It is only available by reservation. Overall good hotel with an easy acccess to city centre. "

"My family and I stayed there for one night as we were to leave on a flight early the next morning but the staff was extremely nice and pleasant and helped us with all the questions and getting a taxi very early in the morning.
