5/5 Excellent
"This is my favorite place stay when visiting Hamamatsu. It is very convenient to the station, shopping, and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
I recently stayed 10 nights and my only negative is there are no self-service laundry facilities onsite for guests. "

5/5 Excellent
"A newish 3-star hotel that's absolutely clean throughout, with room sizes adequate for what is a businessman's hotel. The inexpensive breakfast buffet sports both Japanese and western fare, and I noted it attracts even non-guests off the street. The check-in staff speaks rather good English, though the TV selections in the room seemed to be Japanese-language only. No problem with the wi-fi, and the automated check-out was high tech."
