"We had a lovely stay. Location was central to sites we enjoyed (we love walking as we explore a city). Close to start of free walking tour, museums (including Naruda’s home) and other fun spots. We also found some great food in the Listarria area. Gelato across street was perfection. The service at the hotel is great (we splurged for a massage as well -ah nice). "The singular Santiago was amazing, the staff made the difference in this hotel, everyone absolutely everyone will go above and beyond to make sure your stay exceeds your expectations.
