"The breakfast on the rooftop where we could watch the volcano erupt was spectacular. Breakfast was delicious and service was top notch. We stayed in the Rose Suite and loved it."

"Great stay for two nights. Courtyard and restaurant can get loud at night for rooms right off the edge, ours was right across from the reception desk and we had to get creative to have privacy. Smart tv, fan in the room, basic amenities. Great location! "
"The staff were always very friendly and professional, and the breakfast and lunch menu was delicious! Our room was cleaned every day during our stay."
"The lady who did our massages was excellent. We had just climbed Acatenango Volcano and her tender care was appreciated. The hotel itself is charming."
"The spacing in the living room and kitchen were wonderful. Safe neighborhood made even more safe by someone always being at the gate to control who gets in and out. Extremely accommodating and friendly staff (and owner). Will definitely stay there again. "
