"Very accommodating, well worth the stay"

"I stayed at Hotel Chrome in Montreal during my visit for a conference. For the price, it is a good hotel. It is near plenty of restaurants and shopping areas. I didn't spend time in the hotel other than to sleep so it did its job well. "

"The front desk staff were all wonderful. The parking situation however was terrible. I have a midside SUV and we had to park in a garage a few blocks away, then had to walk on icy city sidewalks and got lost trying to get back to it. They should have valet parking for those who can't use the attached garage."

"Clean room great breakfast but exterior of the building is not in great shape and the main lobby and entrance is plain and not welcoming "

"Empty alcohol bottles under the bed, accusations of smoking in the room and sending someone upstairs to check, pool under renovation for the entire stay and the main reason for selecting this place was the pool. Breakfast was way below par. Fake eggs, very little fruits, no home fries, only earl grey tea, selection disappointing and staff was generally unfriendly. Front desk lady told me she smelled something from me. I told her I don’t drink alcohol. Regardless, why was it her business? WHY did Expedia not mention that the pool would be closed? I would NEVER had stayed at an hotel with no pool access as I have two boys who love to swim. Absolutely horrible and disappointing stay and we left one day early. I will not be booking with Expedia any longer because of lack of transparency and flexibility. I only found out about the pool upon check in and by then I cannot make any changes. "
