Mangers a bit rude , not very welcoming but a good place to stay

Courteous staff and great location

Check- in advised us that breakfast was not included when asked.

Reception hours limited. Very narrow treads at staircase resulting in difficulty to carry large luggages. No exterior lights, limited parking spaces and unreliable main entrance door

Good location with downtown area within 5 minute drive. Other sites such as the geothermal sites and gondola/luge/zorb are within about 15 minute drive. The room was spacious. A couch would have fit easily and would have been helpful. The hotel is dated and could use some deep cleaning and upgrading. But overall it was convenient with the kids. The front staff were helpful .
