"When we pulled up to the property, we had nowhere to park because the property had not been shoveled. We had to carry our belongings through 3-4ft of snow and park a half block away. Thankfully we are both able bodied or we would not have been able to make it from the street to the property. When I contacted the owner I was told that it was supposed to be shoveled.
