It is also close to points of interest such as the S'Albufera Natural Park (8 km), the Hidropark water park (13 km), the rocky beach of Son Serra (14 km) or the Alcanada golf course (17 km). Wunderschöne Finca in ruhiger Lage

Sehr ruhige Lage und trotzdem ist man schnell am Strand und in den großen Städten. Haus in sehr gutem Zustand. Viel Platz für fünf oder sechs Personen. Pool sauber und sehr groß. Außenanlage im Bereich des Hauses gut gepflegt. Gute Entspannung mit der Familie möglich. Geschirr teils alt, Töpfe und Pfannen verzogen/ Beschichtung kaputt. Besteck auch nicht mehr gut. Keine grundlegenden Probleme. Bei Anreise wäre die Information, wo der Zählerkasten ist hilfreich gewesen. Ich habe wegen des Zählerstandes das ganze Haus und das Außengelände abgesucht, bis ich den Zählerkasten hinter einem Bild gefunden habe. Sonst alles spitze!

Belle villa au calme

Emplacement idéal au calme et à 5min des commerces et des plages de Can Picafort. Villa spacieuse et bien équipée. Très bel espace piscine. Maison meublée sommairement mais suffisamment bien pour une semaine de vacances. Dommage qu’il faille se battre avec une nuée de minuscules fourmis. Bon rapport qualité prix et relation avec l’agence très fluide et efficace. Il manque un 2nd parasol pour tous profiter de la piscine !
