Fantastic villa with swimming pool in Muro



Capacity for 6 people.

Spacious and bright living room with garden view, offers satellite TV and WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen, connected to the dining room.

On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.



Beautiful exterior, covered terrace with comfortable sofas, large 10x6 metre swimming pool, a jacuzzi next to the pool, sun loungers, barbecue, games area and dining area in good weather.

There is also an outdoor bathroom and shower.

Would recommend the villa to others

We had a lovely holiday and return to Mallorca staying in this villa which was of excellent quality and lived up to our expectations. The villa was well equipped and was high quality throughout. Communication throughout was excellent and very responsive We knew the location was more remote so hire definitely recommended. However being based where it is access to Pollensa, Alcudia, Arta and the nice beaches of north west were only 30-40 mins drive away We also braved going to Palma for one day and once we found a car park that was a good day out but was very crowded this time of the year Overall an excellent place to stay which made another great holiday in Mallorca post Pandemic. Would recommend the villa to others.

Tolle Unterkunft mit sehr netten Eigentümer

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber – wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Der Eigentümer war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super: In nur 12 Minuten ist man am Muro Beach, und auch der Strand von Alcudia ist in etwa 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi, Lidl und Eroski sind ebenfalls gut zu erreichen (ca. 10–15 Minuten mit dem Auto), ein Bäcker ist in rund 12 Minuten erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen – absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Villa ist perfekt für eine Familie oder zwei kleine Gruppen! Sie ist super gelegen: nahe vom Strand, 10 min zum nächsten grossen Supermarkt und hat ein riesen Umschwung für die Kids! Wir haben es geliebt! Das Pool ist super und der Aussenbereich so schön. Sogar besser als auf den Bildern. Wir würden sie wieder buchen!

Toller Pool und gute Lage

Wir habe unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Am Anfang haben wir Rotweingläser, einen Duschvorhang mit Stange, kleine Abfalleimer für die Badezimmer und einen zweiten Gartentisch für die Terrasse beim Haus gekauft (total ca. € 150). Damit war das Haus für den Aufenthalt komplett ausgerüstet. Im Verlaufe unseres Aufenthalts haben wir festgestellt, dass in einem Nebengebäude ein zweiter Gartentisch vorhanden war. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir aber vom Hausbesitzer nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Ein Makel in der heissen Zeit, sind auch die grossen Fenster, welche über keine Aussenschattierung verfügen. Dies erfordert den Einsatz der Klimaanlage. Von anderen Ferienhäusern (dieser Preiskategorie) sind wir es gewöhnt, dass der Pool regelmässig gewartet wird. Obschon der Pool weitgehend selbstreinigend ist, beseht hier noch etwas Optimierungspotential. Wie eingangs erwähnt, haben wir unseren dreiwöchigen Aufenthalt genossen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und entspannten Urlaub. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden (endlich auch einmal genügend Gläser). Alles war sauber und der Vermieter sehr nett. Ruhige Lage, dennoch gut zu erreichen. Das einzige, was man noch wissen sollte und was nicht in der Anzeige erwähnt ist: das Schlafzimmer in der oberen Etage ist offen, sowohl zum integrierten Bad hin als auch nach unten.

Pictures do not do this villa justice. Lovely grounds, pool and kitchen. Spiral staircase leads to the main bedroom so I would be mindful of any walking (or case lifting) difficulties

Wunderschöne Finca auf Traumgrundstück

Grundsätzlich ist das Grundstück ein Traum und die Finca sehr modern und mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird. Der Eigentümmer kümmert sich sofort wenn etwas zu bemängeln ist. Daher ist der Service absolut klasse. Man kommt komplett zur Ruhe und es ist ein absoluter Traum für den Familienurlaub, wenn man die Ruhe mag und diese abgeschottene Gegend. Es gibt 2 Dinge welche für uns gegen gegen einen Urlaub in der Finca gesprochen hätten, wenn wir dies vorher gewusst hätten. Zunächst ist es im ganzen haus nicht möglich die Schlazimmer abzudunkeln, da es keine Gardinen oder irgendetwas gibt. Das ist ein großes Problem für die Kinder zum schlafen, weshalb wir uns selbst behelfen mussten und versucht haben alles mit Decken und Handtüchern zu schließen. Zusätzlich sollte darauf geachtet werden, dass der Handyempfang mitten im Land sehr schlecht und fast gar nicht vorhanden ist. Ebenfalls ist die Internetleitung sehr langsam worauf hingewiesen werden sollte. Ein normales surfen im Internet ist via Handyempfang oder WLAN nicht möglich was in unserem Fall große Probleme bereitete, da ich gelegentlich arbeiten musste.

Mooie villa’s

Mooie vilas,met 3 slaapkamers,heel diep zwembad-bijna 2,5-3,0 m.Wij hadden probleem met de airco and warme 🚿 maar was alles opgelost over 2 dagen van de Mallorca Charme.Grote tuin,schommel,jacuzzi,futbol veld.Goed voor familie.

Es la casa soñada. Cuidado hasta el mínimo detalle. El jardín, terraza y piscina son impresionantes, con los niños se puede jugar mucho en el jardín, sin dejar de parte las comodidades de la casa, como el sofá, lo práctica que era la cocina, camas muy cómodas. El servicio también fue perfecto y muy accesible. Nuestra estancia fue espectacular gracias a esta maravilla de casa.

Ich habe schon viele Finca's auf Mallorca gebucht und diese gehört in die top3. Ganz toll angelegter Aussenbereich incl Pool und Whirlpool. Alle Möbel und die Küche sind neu und es ist alles sehr sauber. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen, 10 von 10 Punkten Alles top
