The townhouse "Gaviotas" is located in a dream location, directly on the white sand beach and crystal-clear waters of Playa de Muro with unbeatable views and has private access to the beach.



The outdoor area has a furnished terrace for dining outdoors, chill-out furniture to relax in one of its comfortable hammocks overlooking Muro Beach, an elevated and furnished terrace to enjoy sea views and its crystal-clear waters. Its lawn offers space for children to play or sunbathe.



The modern carefully styled house is distributed over 3 floors and has space for 6 people in 3 bedrooms. It features an open kitchen connected to the living room, bright and modern, a living-dining room with wifi and Smart TV where you can spend pleasant moments with friends or family, 2 bedrooms on the first floor with a bathroom with shower and a main bedroom on the second floor with an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and spectacular sea views. One of the rooms has a double bed and ceiling fan and another room with 2 single beds. One of the bathrooms is located on the first floor. Another room on the second floor with a King size bed, spectacular views of Muro Beach and an en-suite bathroom.

Wir hatten wieder einen sehr schönen Urlaub

Der Garten war ein Plus für Kinder und Erwachsene zugleich. Empfehlenswertes Haus. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt die laute Animation im Hotel nebenan. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Lage direkt am Meer Die Türen klemmen und sind sehr laut / sollten neu eingestellt werden. Ferner gibt es nachts ein störendes Geräusch ( Wasserleitung /Pumpe?) - das sollte man sich ansehen.

Perfekte Lage

Direkt am Strand. Jedoch nicht so ruhig, da die Nachbarn kleine Kinder hatten und das Hotel gleich nebenan viel Animation hatten. Das war wohl einfach eine laute Woche. Ansonsten wirklich alles perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Haus direkt am Strand

Die Lage ist einfach nicht zu Topen. Wir waren jetzt schon das zweite mal in diesem Haus und haben für nächstes Jahr schon wieder gebucht. Alles was zum täglichen Alltag benötigt wird ist im Haus vorhanden.

Wir haben direkt für 2022 gebucht 😎

Wir haben ein schönes, sauberes Haus vorgefunden, fühlten uns im Urlaub sehr wohl und konnten die Nähe zum Strand genießen. Auch die Umgebung mit Supermarkt und Restaurants war für uns passend. Wer lange Strandspaziergänge mag, wird sich wohlfühlen. Das Wasser ist flach und daher gut für Kinder und Nichtschwimmer geeignet. Im Hotel nebenan ist bis ca.22Uhr Programm, aber dann ist Ruhe. Der Mietwagen kann in der Garage geparkt werden oder auch neben dem Haus. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Das Haus liegt an einer top Lage. In den beiden unteren Schlafzimmer gibt es nur Deckenventilatoren. Im heissen Sommer war das zu wenig. Klimaanlage wäre besser.

ein Strandparadies

Das Ferienhaus begeisterte uns vom ersten Augenblick an. Ein perfektes Strandhaus! Auch erwartete uns eine beeindruckende Fruchtschale zur Begrüßung. Vielen Dank! Die Lage des Hauses empfanden wir als perfekt. Man hört die gesamte Zeit nur das Rauschen des Meeres statt Autoverkehr von der Ortsdurchfahrtsstraße. Fußläufig erreicht man mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Auch eine wunderschöne Strandbar „BLUE Balneario 1“ ist nur drei Häuser entfernt. Der Strand vor dem Haus war während unseres Aufenthaltes einfach nur paradiesisch, flach abfallend und kristallklar. Er wird täglich gereinigt. Die Vorteile des strandnahen Wohnens liegen auf der Hand. Einfach schon vor dem Frühstück von der Terrasse ins Meer und der Tag ist ein Urlaubstag. Die sich an die Terrasse anschließende eigene Wiese ist besonders für kleine Kinder angenehm. Die Ausstattung für Babys und Kleinkinder war top - angefangen von Spielsachen über entsprechende Gartenstühle, Hochstühle, Badewanne und Tritthocker im Bad, Lätzchen, Handtücher, Gitterbett und sogar ein Kuscheltier. Die Animation des Nachbarhotels hat uns nicht gestört, man ist ja selbst im Urlaub. Im Gegenteil, man konnte dort abends einen Cocktail trinken gehen und das Abendprogramm mit genießen, da das Hotel nicht nur ein AL-Hotel ist, sondern auch Barzahlungen möglich sind. Die in der Bewertung aus dem Jahr 2016 angesprochenen Reparaturen waren aber leider noch nicht vollständig umgesetzt. Die Übergabe und Rücknahme des Hauses funktionierten einwandfrei. Die kleinen Mängel wurden von uns nochmal angesprochen. Wir hatten zwei Leihwagen, die konnte man kostenlos an der Zufahrtsstraße abstellen. Das Haus besitzt aber auch eine Garage für einen Pkw. Auf jeden Fall werden wir dieses wundervolle Haus noch einmal mieten, sollten wir wieder Lust auf Mallorca haben.

Tolle Lage aber mit Einbußen

Ein sehr schönes Haus, welches an der Ein oder Anderen Stelle renoviert werden könnte (Dusche läuft nicht ab, Halter für Handbrause defekt, verrostete Lampe auf der Terrasse, etc..) Die Lage ist echt klasse! Sofort am Strand aber auch sofort neben einem Clubhotel. Wenn man auf der Terasse sitzt hat man jeden Abend kostenlose LAUTE Live Musik bis ca 23:00 Uhr :-). Wer mit den Abstrichen leben kann, kann hier für ein gutes Preis/Leistubgsverhältnis Urlaub machen.

Mehr Strandnähe geht fast nicht. Einfach eine Toplage. Das Haus selbst ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles in einem exzellenten Zustand, da gab es wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Wir haben das wunderbar Haus in dieser einzigartigen Lage einfach nur genossen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

richtig toll!

Sehr modern, sehr schick und luxuriös, richtig toll! Die Villa ist innen wie außen in sehr gutem Zustand und befindet sich auf einem unglaublich schönen Fleckchen Erde. Das Meer ist hier großartig, türkis und klar, der beste Pool, den man sich vorstellen kann :-))) Haus und Grundstück sind großzügig angelegt, so daß wir hier mit sieben Personen bequem wohnen konnten. Die Kinder hatten im Garten viel Platz zum Toben. Absolut empfehlenswert.
