Wonderful semi-detached house in Pto. Alcúdia just 25 meters from the beach. Ideal for a family vacation. Walking a few steps and you are already on top of the sand.
The house has three floors. Living room, 100m lawn area with barbecue, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garage and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and drip coffee maker. The kitchen connects with a back terrace where the whole family can enjoy and celebrate meals outdoors.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: towels and bedlinen, expenses of water and electricity, WIFI (600 Megas) and use of the garage.
The area is ideal for a quiet holiday on the beach away from discos or hustle and bustle. There are many services such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacy ...) without having to take the car. Medical assistance 800m from the house in General Hospital de Muro.
The house, with an exceptional location, is a few minutes drive from the towns of Pto. Alcudia, Alcudia, Pto. Pollensa and Pollensa.

Das Haus ist in einem hervorragendem Zustand. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin Joana ist sehr freundlich, immer bemüht und erreichbar. Die Lage ist exzellent. Bei einem langen Aufenthalt werden sogar die Handtücher und Bettwäsche getauscht. Für die kleineren Kinder ist ein Rausfallschutz an den Betten verfügbar. Das Zimmer für die Kinder ist total süß und liebevoll eingerichtet. Insgesamt steckt viel Liebe und Detail in der Einrichtung.

Tolle Lage, schönes Haus…

Wir waren im Oktober 2022 eine Woche in dem Haus und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist super, nur 25 m vom Strand entfernt. Es gibt auch diverse Restaurants und Shops in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Haus war sauber und gut ausgestattet. In jedem der Badezimmer stand ein Tritt, so konnte auch unser Jüngster problemlos seine Hände alleine waschen. Es gab Handtücher, Bettwäsche - so dass schon mal eine große Tasche Gepäck eingespart werden kann. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht. Wir haben etwas im Haus vergessen und sie schickt es uns nun hinterher. Vielen Dank! Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Sehr schönes Haus mit genügend Platz, man hat alles was man braucht. 50m bis zum Strand, Spielsachen für die kleinen hat es genug. Joana ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie schickt mir meine vergessenen Sachen nach hause. Sehr schön, wir haben die Ferien in allen Zügen genossen.

Joana ha sido muy amable con nosotros. La casa es muy bonita, amplia y cómoda a pocos metros de la playa, tal como se ve en el anuncio. Playa de arena excelente, aguas cristalinas y cálidas, ideal para los niños. Restaurantes de calidad en la zona y supermercado en la misma calle. Ha sido una de nuestras mejores vacaciones. Perfect Location for a vacation Right at the Beach. Joana and Rafael are very friendly and helpful and always available, in case we needed something. Also very accomodating and fair regarding the booking in times of Covid-19. The house is Perfect, decorated very Lovely and very very clean. Everything you Need including extras (towels, umbrellas, some Toys for Garden and Beach...) available in the property. Highly recommendable Host and house! We will come again!

Strandnah und sehr gut ausgestattet

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Fewo mit 4 Schlafzimmern, angenehmem Wohnraum, sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche und schöner Terrasse hinter dem Haus. Jetzt im Februar ist noch Winterruhe auf Mallorca und die offenen Restaurants etc. sind sehr übersichtlich, so dass wir die Ausstattung der Küche sehr zu schätzen wussten, ebenso wie die Heizung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr aufmerksam und ebenso verlässlich. Klare Weiterempfehlung.

Die Unterkunft ist super, Kommunikation ist einfach und unkompliziert. Es gibt einige Stechmücken in dem Dorf, etwas Autan sollte man also einpacken. (Möglicherweise nicht in jeder Jahreszeit).

In diesem Haus können wirklich nicht nur Familien Urlaub machen, sondern alle die eine schöne Strandlage und eine und eine saubere Umgebung schätzen. Einfach perfekt:)

Dieses Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert. Es ist top ausgestattet und extrem gepflegt und sauber. Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten gar kein Interesse anderes zu erkunden,da hier alles zusammen passt, das Haus, die direkte Lage am Meer mit einem schönen Strand und man findet alles in unmittelbarer Nähe,Supermärkte,Apotheken ect. Joana und ihr Mann waren tolle Gastgeber und jederzeit für uns ansprechbar. Sie sind außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer einen unvergesslichen Urlaub verbringen möchte, kann es hier tun:).

PERFEKT!!!!!!!

Das Haus ist perfekt und nicht zu übertreffen. In jedem Winkel merkt man die Liebe zum Detail. Die Lage ist wundervoll und insbesondere für einen Urlaub mit Kindern zu empfehlen. Wir waren in vielen Ferienhäusern, aber dies war mit Abstand das schönste. Das einzig negative ist, dass wir dort nicht für immer bleiben konnten. Wer den perfekten Urlaub will, sollte dieses Haus buchen.

The house is very nice and located just a few steps away from the beach. Joana and Rafel are very nice and helpful hosts and all was as described. The outside shower was a nice add on after coming back from the beach and the fridge filled with welcome drinks. Can honestly recommend it! :-)

Great house 60 feets from the beach. Big bedrooms, livingroom and good outdoor areas in connection with the house. The house was very clean and had good aircondition and ventilator systems. Incredible beach for children. Shops and restaurents nearby the house. Joana was very service minded and always available on mail or SMS.

Die Lage ist wunderbar und wenige Meter zum Meer. Das Haus bzw die Villa ist wunderschön und alles sauber gewesen. Auch für Kleinkinder eignet sich dieses Haus. Gleich ums eck sind einige Lokale und Supermärkte. Der check in hat sehr gut funktioniert mit Joana. Daher kann ich diese Villa an alle Leute nur wärmsten weiter empfehlen

Wunderbarer Urlaub (trotz schlechtem Wetter in Mallorca)

Das riesige, modern und chic eingerichtete Ferienhaus (Blitz-sauber!) direkt am Meer lässt keine Wünsche offen! Schöne Schlafzimmer, bequeme Betten. Dank zweier Bäder auch morgens oder nach dem Schwimmen hier kein Stress. Platz zum Parken von zwei Mietautos. Die Vermieterin Joana ist super-nett und immer sofort erreichbar.

Wunderschönes Haus mit wirklich allem was man braucht!!

Wir waren mit unseren 4 kleinen Kindern in den Oktoberferien in dem Haus und haben uns wie zu Hause und sehr wohl gefühlt! Herrliche Strandnähe, wunderschön eingerichtetes Haus, welches zudem auch sehr sehr sauber war! An der Einrichtung fehlte überhaupt nichts, sogar Knoblauchpresse und selbst ein Schleifstein waren in der Küche da und z. B. waren auch jede Menge Spiele vorhanden! Unserer besonderer Dank geht auch an die Vermieterin Joana! Herzlichkeit und so viel Freundlichkeit haben wir selten erlebt! Wir können das Haus zu 100% weiter empfehlen!

Tolles Haus in idealer Strandnähe. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Sehr gerne wieder!

Joana und Rafel sind äußerst nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter die Ihr Objekt toll in Schuss halten. Das Haus ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern, ( 4 Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder ) in der großen Garage findet man alles was für einen tollen Tag am Strand mit den Kindern benötigt. Zum Beispiel Luftmatratzen, diverse Kinderspielsachen, Strandsitze und Sonnenschirme. Auch der abgeschlossene Garten ist positiv zu erwähnen, man Kann die Kinder einfach laufen lassen und gemütlich auf der Sonnengeschützen Terasse sitzen und den Tag genießen. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit tollen Vermietern. Vielen Dank! M
