Location On Arrival Casa smelt fusty and Bedding was Damp. One Shower was broken. No Heating and No Hot Water. Problem with Boiler.

Die Natur etwas abseits der Küste und der Naturpark Albufera haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

Das Haus liegt in einer im Mai ruhigen Feriensiedlung in der zweiten Reihe. Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn man ein Fahrrad hat. Zu Fuß ist man gleich am Strand. Die Fahrradwege sind gut ausgebaut. Mit dem Auto steht man oft im Stau Richtung Alcudia. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Badezimmer sind relativ neu und in Ordnung. Das Haus ist sehr kalt und riecht muffig. In den alten Holzmöbeln steckt die Feuchtigkeit und der modrigen Geruch geht auch nach Dauerlüften nicht weg. Die Möbel müssten ausgetauscht werden. Der modrige Geruch und die Feuchtigkeit sind vor allem beim Schlafen sehr unangenehm. Es war teilweise zu kalt, um bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Küche mäßig ausgestattet.

Erholsame Ferien an einer wunderschönen Meeresbucht

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gepflegt, grosszügig und sauber. Gute Betten, ein Bad pro Zimmer, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Quartier in der 2. Häuserreihe vom Meer, der Zugang zum Meer liess sich in nur 20 m erreichen. Der Sandstrand ist sehr schön, nicht sehr frequentiert - Erholung pur! Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber gut erhalten.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war optimal und das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die einzigen Mankos waren die etwas harten Matratzen und dass es beim Anfang Probleme mit dem Warmwasser gab. Dies wurde vor Ort aber schnell und freundlich gelöst. Die Lage war auch prima, zu Fuß war man in einer Minute am Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
