"Hotel looks a little run down. Parking area had some questionable people hanging around. My kids and I didn’t feel completely comfortable getting in to the hotel. There were some people doing some inappropriate things in the pool, and you can see the pool from the back parking area, so my kids could see it. We were only there one night so just decided to go sleep and leave early in the morning. Also, my room was booked and paid for in advance and when we got there, they couldn’t find my reservation. Expedia did a great job in helping and getting my refund back almost immediately, but the hotel was a little sketchy. Definitely not going back. "

"Was caught off guard to find out that my room had access to the room next over and they had access to my room as well. Had to lock that door of course, I understand that there were no more rooms available for me to be switched but but I think that detail should have been communicated at the time of checking in, to avoid any confusion or discomfort. For the $200 deposit fee they charge the amenities are a bit questionable (at least when it comes to soap, conditioner, and body wash). And the sink seemed to be unclean. "Nice place to stay without hurting your wallet. Very comfortable and we can take our 2 small dogs with us. The rooms are always nice & clean; everything is so neat. Their rooms are spacious and most times there's even a little extra furniture; and carpeting (no more cold feet)! Good place to stay!"
