I was there for 8 days with my 5 year old on vacation and the property owner never gave us the wristbands for the pool so I had to drive everyday to Murcia, Cartagena and the beach (40 minutes away). Very unprofessional. Lied about having access to the pool and there is nothing to do inside the urbanization.

Poca atención del propietario.

El apartamento está muy bien. Grande, zona tranquila y de fácil acceso, con su plaza de garaje incluida. Lo malo ha sido que al llegar no teníamos las pulseras obligatorias para acceder a la piscina. Nos dijeron que comunicaramos con el propietario, así lo hicimos y después de 3 correos sin respuesta deje de insistir. A esto hay que sumar la vergüenza que se pasa que te llamen la atención las personas de seguridad por algo que no tienes culpa. Al final una vecina que fue testigo de lo que sucedió, nos dejó las pulseras para no tener problemas durante la estancia. Al día de hoy, ya en mi ciudad de regreso de vacaciones, despues de 10 dias, sigo sin tener respuesta del propietario de mis 3 correos que tiene míos. También añadir que en el piso faltaba algún detalle, como tener por lo menos... un básico en la cocina. Por ejemplo... algún estropajo.....detergente, sal....aceite, papel del wc... etc. Nunca nos había pasado algo así, y nos ha sorprendido este año.... Y por último hacer mención a Sara. Chica encantadora y muy profesional. Gracias a ella, no nos sentimos tan desamparados. Gracias Sara!

Apartamento con varias piscinas las cuales verás pero no estarás autorizado a usar

Se necesitan unas pulseras para utilizar las piscinas del complejo y el propietario no nos las dejó. Le mandamos mensajes pero nos ignoró. No contestó nunca. Personal de seguridad de la urbanización nos echó de la piscina así que no la usamos. Yo he alquilado este apartamento con piscina y es evidente que la quiero utilizar. Alquilamos un apartamento con piscina y no fué lo que tuvimos El apartamento si está bien.Las luces de la terraza no funcionaban.

un apartamento genial

Gran terraza, zona tranquila, equipado, confortable. Pegas: cortinas muy finas, a veces entraba demasiada luz. No nos dejaron las pulseras para acceso a la psicina, aunque la gente de seguridad fue amable con nosotros

What a lovely apartment!!!

Before we arrived at the apartment we received an email a few days before departure from the local property manager given us details of the area of the apartment and how to gain access. When we did arrive we were so impressed with the apartment. The whole outside was lovely and we got the sun for most of the day. Inside we couldn't fault either. The only problem that we did encounter was the lack of wifi. We did contact the property manager who said it was going to get fixed. It didn't in the 3 weeks that we stayed there. We spent a fortune on data as we have a 14 year old who is always on the computer or phone. You definitely need a car as the distance to the local shops and beaches is quite far. Overall it was a lovely apartment and we couldn't fault it.

Spacious and light but in need of a good clean throughout. No facilities available as advertised

The complex would be stunning if it had been kept up to date. The pool areas were lovely and clean. But this is the only facility open. The mentioned shop, bar, restaurant and clubhouse and golf all closed two years ago. The nearest dining/bar is a long walk to nearby village. The apartment is in a perfect position and the vast balcony gets sun and shade all day. You can watch sunrise and sunset. It was a peaceful complex when we visited in August and often had the pool to ourselves. The nearest town is at least 15 min drive. Car is essential.
