Casa Atlantico SVE-Murcia Holiday Rentals Property

Very modern 2 bed ground floor apartment with stunning golf views on Hacienda Riquelme



The property comes fully equipped with: private garden, garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, internet (Wi-Fi), childrens area, tennis court, padle court, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pools and own garage parking space.



In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.



Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort offers, as well as the Nicklaus designed, 18-hole golf course, a driving range, putting and chipping greens. The golf course is a par 72 and 6416-metre course. It covers an area of 71 hectares and has a mountain backdrop and panoramic views of the coast.



The El Casón de Riquelme Restaurant, set in the resort's 19th-century colonial-style Hacienda, has seating inside, with an outside terrace area, looking out over the original walled gardens.



The rest of the resort centre follows the same architectural style and contains a golf shop and supermarket. The El Palomar Bar, set in a restored dovecote, overlooks the golf course and is open for drinks and snacks in the summer.



Our guests staying at Hacienda Riquelme also have the added benefit of our fully staffed office at the resort, where you can get assistance, advice and recommendations, as well as help with any aspect of your travel or accommodations. Our staff speak Spanish, English.

The house was impeccable

From the moment we arrived, our host was incredibly attentive and welcoming. Communication was excellent from the beginning he sent us clear and complete details about check-in, and gave us helpful recommendations about the area. The house was impeccable, just as shown in the photos.
