Basic, no frills Hotel generally well located about 10-15 mins walk from Oktoberfest and the same distance in the other direction to Marienplatz. The restaurant was good.

Small and cozy

The room was small but very clean, perfect for a city stay. It's a walking distance to the Old Town and Central train station. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. I turned up early and the receptionist let me checked in to my room.

We did not feel safe in this area. The property in itself is also unsafe because anyone off the street is able to use the elevator and gain access to the floors where guests are staying. The elevator should only be activated by use of the security card for the guest rooms.

It started at check-in with a large touch screen. You had to type in your info and then it printed your key. It was the next day before we discovered the 1st floor bar/resyurant doubled as a hotel desk. There were no signs or indications the two were related and there was on 1 person on staff. The hotel was almost $500 per night and had desk and bed made of plywood. There was no Air Conditioning and the bed was like a rock. There were both sheer and room darkening drapes but neither set covered the window. We could see people in adjacent rooms when setting on the bed. The lighting was very dim in the room. The plywood desk had a desk lamp with a bulb not much brighter than a nightlight. When taking a shower we found a roach in the shower and the provided blow dryer smoked after a few seconds of use. Finally there was no parking and the extremely limited staff could not even tell us where to park. It was Oktoberfest but even considering this the room was very overpriced. I don’t recommend this hotel unless you can stay for $150 or less.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, had a good night sleep. Business use in my room a little limited, ie table for the notebook available but very small, the internet access seems to be OK, had no connection issues. Overall good hotel but let down by the area around the Hauptbahnhof.

The breakfast was great. The room was clean and centrally located to the train station and Tram station. There are many cafe's and restaurants within walking distance as well as in house. The staff was friendly and polite. Overall, we had a great stay.

The location was fantastic, close walk to the old town, transport and more important Octoberfest. The room was nice, however can get a bit hot, nothing an open window doesn’t fix (no ac). The staff and service was excellent, always helpful. If you get there late, you need to use the self checkin, works fine 👍

This was a great, clean place to stay close to the train station. It was a bit noisy facing the street in a bustling neighborhood, but it’s part of the charm. The early morning singing was lovely. There are a few seedy bars in the neighborhood, but overall it feels pretty safe and welcoming.

Nice stay spoiled by impatient cleaners

Room was fairly good, however the cleaners were trying to get me out of the room 50 minutes before the 11:00 check out time which I found really out of line. They sat outside my room for 20 minutes waiting for me to leave which was very uncomfortable.

A nice 3star Hotel.

The entrance of the Hotel is through a pub/restaurant door. I was not able to find it and was confussed about the automated check in machine as I always prefer personal reception. I called the Hotel and they explained me how to find it. The room was fine for nights. It was a bit steange with smell from the bathroom but once closed the door it was okay. I was not able to air the room beside keep the main door whide open. The design was nice even I would have prefered a simple bathroom with a door. However all was modern and functional.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable and very close to the train station. The area can be noisy at night if you have your window open in the summer. It was quiet with the window closed. Easily the nicest property on this street. Our mattress was extra firm which is good for us but if you want something softer you might request a different room.

The property location is just a few minutes walk from hauptbahnhof and in a busy neighborhood with many shops and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the quick access to the hauptbahnhof u-bahn stop as it made our travels around the city very convenient with less walking. Their breakfast service was good and the restaurant was super convenient for a late night bite and drinks--their bier was very good. Being in this location, however, there was a lot of street noise from the area activity. This wasn't a major problem but with no air conditioning in the rooms it meant a choice between air circulation or outside noise. Rooms are simple and nice. Definitely recommend this property to people exploring Munich!

The room was fine and front desk staff was friendly. No air conditioning made it incredibly uncomfortable and the window did not offer much air flow. The street the hotel is on is incredibly noisy with people out on the street until 5am. Would not choose to stay in this area again despite the convenience of being close to the central train station.

The property was only short walk from main Central Station. Also was 15min walk to Oktoberfest site. First time managed self-checking, which we managed no problem. The bed sheets and towels changed daily. Shower was strong and hot. Didn't have much contact with the staff and didn't try the breakfast option. Weren't seriously affected by outside noises.
