The property itself was clean and the staff was friendly. Transportation was easy with the U Bahn a short walk away. The unit was spacious and included a cute patio and separated living room, kitchen and bedroom. The kitchen did not include scissors or a sharp knife which I purchased at my own expense at the Edeka grocery store next door. Having a grocery store right next to the hotel was incredibly convenient. Laundry was in the basement and controlled through a WeWash app. The walls are incredibly thin. My neighbors were having a friendly conversation until 1:30am and I could hear every word. When I went to the front desk for assistance and help translating, they took me back to the neighbors door, knocked on the door while I was standing there and asked in my language if they could keep it down. No ideal for those who dislike confrontations.

Staff are completely incompetent. Charged us an extra $800 TWICE for two of our groups bookings when we already paid through Expedia upon booking. When contacted by Expedia the hotel initially denied the extra charges but after some pressure - admitted to the staffs errors at check out. Still yet to receive a refund or an apology and was advised that refunds can take months. Absolutely disgusting behaviour - train your staff properly!

Fantastic place to stay for a short or long visit. The breakfast is worth the daily cost as it includes hot and cold drinks, eggs, a variety of breads, meats, cheeses, fruits, jams, Nutella and vegetables. The room was clean, spacious and the WiFi worked great.

Hotel liegt in ruhige Gegend. Das ist Apart Hotel, also kleine Herd und Waschbecken sind da, Zimmer auf 2 Bereiche optisch geteilt. Alles sehr sauber, gemütlich, leider ohne Klima. Frühstück habe ich nicht genommen. Also, SAP Garden oder Toolwood sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Il n'y a pas de climatisation et le sejour devient compliqué surtout quand votre fenêtre fait face au soleil avec une temperature exterieure de 35 degrés. Il offre des bouteilles d'eaux et bières disponible dans le frigo surement une sorte de compensation mais pas renouvélé le deuxième jour. De plus la salle petit dejeuner est sous dimensionné par rapport aux nombres de clients.

Eine traurige Businessunterkunft in München

Ich war ehrlich gesagt sehr frustriert über meine Buchung. Als komfortables Businesszimmer verkauft, als sagen wir mal Jugendherbergsappartment angetroffen. Ich bin sonst nicht so, aber das war wirklich grottig und nicht empfehlenswert. Es gibt im Zimmer auch nicht einmal einen Spiegel oder einen Haken um seinen Mantel separat von den Hemden aufzuhängen. Das Bett so tief, das Bad sehr klein, Erdgeschoss, keine funktionstüchtigen Rolladen, etc. etc. Aber ein guter Kühlschrank und eine gute Ausrüstung für die kleine Küche.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Hauptgrund für meine mittelmäßige Bewertung ist die Tatsache, dass es auf meinem Flur unheimlich nach indischem Curry roch. Natürlich ist ein Aparthotel auch dazu da, dass man selber kocht und es sich gemütlich macht. Und ich mag Curry durchaus sehr gerne. Ich halte es nur für ratsam, wenn ein Hotelmanagement dafür sorgt, dass die Beeinträchtigung anderer Gäste sich im Rahmen hält. 3 Nächte hintereinander dasselbe Gericht

Die Bilder im Internet sehen besser aus als das Hotel im Zustand ist. Es ist nicht schlimm, aber man sieht, das es sich um ein älteres Hotel handelt. Auch die Zimmer sehen grösser aus als das sie es sind. Aber alles in allem war der Aufenthalt angenehm. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und das Personal (die Frauen) sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
