This is a lovely hotel close to the central station and connected to the old town by a pedestrian street. The sleeper car decor was charming and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

This is a very cute hotel. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. It is located just out side the old town of Munich so it's perfect, close but not so close you have to deal with the noise and crowds.

Everything was perfect! Staff very friendly and helpful and the room was very quaint and clean. Loved the personal extra touches like the Oktoberfest heart cookies on our pillows. Will definitely recommend to others and return if I get the chance.

It was mid summer in Munich and we discovered only in the hotel that it does not have ACs. In the description here on Expedia there is no a single word that the hotel does NOT have AC. It was 2 awful sleepless nights. Additionallly: the hotel is very outdated and its rating on Expedia does not fit to the reality.

This was the perfect location for our 5 night stay in Munich. Close to the sights, good restaurants and convenient to train station. Can’t say enough good things about the staff. Friendly, helpful and took great care of us. Will definitely stay again on future visits.

I loved staying here. Arrived by train and walked to the hotel. So much to do in close proximity. Very walkable and easy access to transit all over the area. Room was clean. No AC so it could get warm but I was there in Oct and weather was perfect.

Loved the location of this hotel! Extremely quiet street but minutes from everything you need. We had a bunk bed “train” room. Beds were a bit hard and more hooks to hang up things would be useful as floor space is tight. But it worked and the location and friendly staff more than made up for any room shortcomings. Also excellent shower and hot water.

Great location - convenient for taking the tram or subway to different parts of Munich, and easily walkable to city center. This room type is on an upper floor so you have a nice view and very little noise. No A/C, but there is a ceiling fan and the evenings are quite cool in late June/early July. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay here!

Very nice hotel with excellent customer service

I am enjoying my stay very much. Room is small but has everything needed including a fridge, robe and nice toiletries. The location is fine though not as close to the river as hoped. It’s still walkable (about a mile). Check in was fast, they placed my bags in my room and desk attendants have all been very nice and helpful. I would stay here again.
