Great Hotel. Location execellent near main central station. A lot of good restaurant nearby. Also Marienplaz quite near, five minute walking. Good breakfast. Service OK!!!!

The room was smaller than expected (especially the bathroom), but the bed and pillows were very comfortable. It is not air conditioned in the room, so it got fairly warm when we had to close the window because people were talking and smoking in an area underneath our window. Strong water pressure.

Great location, convenient and close to all attractions. Breakfast was good, and good value. We were a bit concerned about noise, but settled down quickly, second night was very quiet.

It is well located unless you are coming with kids, we saw on only 1 day 3 different groups selling drgss, homeless people are a different story Staff was rude even more if you don’t speak German but it is fine if you stay only 1 day

Comfortable small central hotel

The hotel was small and cozy, friendly staff, but some things were not in good shape anymore and it was annoying that the WIFI did not work at all anytime during our two day stay. Very close to the Main Railway Station and subway.

Location is perfect, Staff is friendly and breakfast is very good too. The only thing is..that the bathrooms should be completely closed properly, because whoever goes tonthe restroom at night. everybody wakes up, because the light goes on and there is nothing to block.it since it s just glass!!

The hotel is very central, but it was quite rundown and frankly dirty in the common areas. the rooms are okay, but for that level the prices should be lower. The breakfast was decent. Will try other hotels with the same prices next time.

Smelled like cigarette smoke

Found trash in the room and stuck to the wall. Not sure if people were smoking in the building but smelled like someone was standing next to the air vents smoking. Breakfast was good, about the only highlight.

Far too expensive for a very tired and battered looking room. Breakfast was also very disappointing at the price. And I thought a stay in London was bad

Although the sheets and towels were clean, there were stains on the lower wall that looked like bodily fluids. If I had noticed them on my arrival I woul’ve asked for another room. I noticed them the morning of my departure.
