I stayed at this hotel and highly recommend it. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location is perfect, right in the city center with easy access to the metro, making it very convenient for business trips. It's an excellent choice for both work and leisure stays.

Holiday Inn Munich - City Centre is an average good hotel with a very good location. Our room modern and clean and attended to daily by professional staff doing our room. The breakfast and venue was fantastic. We were less enthused by the reception staff - more so in particular by a female claiming she was Indonesian - who was not helpful and more on the nasty side. The hotel management should look into this and perhaps give her another job or get rid of her. This since she does not fit into this category job. Other than that all good - and the AC worked perfect.
