All of the staff were wonderful. Great place to stay. A 10 minute walk to the subway station is a plus. Munich is a big city so driving can be a nightmare but near this hotel was not bad. Underground parking was very nice plus. Would absolutely stay here again

Very clean..and comfortable. Good bed. Attentive and polite staff. Close to train or tram, and easy trip to Marianplatz or main train station. Breakfast was fine and reasonable.

The building itself is in a great location and the main attraction was that the rooms had a kitchenette. It was also incredibly close to transit options including busses, trams and trains. The staff were also so kind and accommodating, helping us Canadians make it through our week in Münich. The only downside to the hotel was the lack of air conditioning. It was really difficult to sleep because of the heat, and the fan from the staff made a bit of a difference, but not as much as we'd hoped. Would definitely come back!

No decoration in the room, felt very empty, unwelcoming and bare, like a warehouse. Everything very white and grey. Bathroom decoration quite depressing. Lack of supplies - only one bowl for two people having cereal in the room. Some utensils were a little dirty.

Great customer service and awesome breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. Highly recommended. As we were able to leave our luggages also after check out for few hours. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores. Had a great time. Thanks to all staffs.

Decent hotel within a ten minute walk to the train station. My only complaint is that it can be very noisy at night. However, it was very clean and every front desk person was helpful and polite. Valter and Masha (apologies for erroneous spelling) were especially helpful. We did a lot of nighttime walking and felt very safe.

Meine Tochter hatte zum gleichen Zeitpunkt ein Zimmer mit Küche gebucht! Hat mich in der Früh angerufen per Handy, dass Sie kein Toilettenpapier habe und ob ich ihr eine Rolle bringen kann! Wird nicht jeden Tag gereinigt, dass merkt man! Und beim Frühstück, sorry bin kein vegetarier!!! Dass sollte jeder für sich entscheiden dürfen! Aber 19 Euro ist dass Frühstück nicht wert!?

Muy amables, todas las cosas que solicitamos las resolvieron rápido, estaba cómodo el cuarto, pensé que sería muy pequeño pero no. Está como a 12 minutos caminando de la estación de metro pero cerca pasan también varios camiones, la zona es tranquila y quitando unos pequeños detalles de limpieza todo muy bien.
