Easy self check-in. The hotel is only a few min walk from Freiham train station. Very convenient. Breakfast is continental and has a variety of deli meat.

This hotel was clean, modern, and had all we needed for our stay in Munich. A definite plus is the short walk to a Lidl grocery store and even shorter walk to train. No need for a car to get into and around the city. Teh neighborhood is quiet and peaceful for a good night's rest.

Disappointed.

1. Welcomed at the front-desk with 'there are no bookings on your name in the system'. Took a while to find it and finally get the room-key. 2. I had specifically booked and received confirmation for a room with a queen-bed but entered the room to find two separate single beds. Reason given at the front-desk: 'no rooms available'. 3. No towels in the bathroom. The used towels were removed after the room-service but were not replaced. Had to go to the front-desk (again) and get them myself. 4. The bath towels received were torn. 5. The parking-garage boom barrier had issues opening multiple times.

Das Hotel ist zwar etwas außerhalb, allerdings gut mit der S Bahn zu erreichen. Mein Zimmer war sehr ruhig und die Größe war gut. Sehr nett fand ich das kostenlose Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Vor allem das es stilles Sprudelwasser gab. Gerne wieder

PROPRETE

Personnel agréable, cependant l'hygiène des chambres est à revoir. Poussière sur toutes les étagères. JOUR 1 : tapis de bain enlevé alors qu'il n'était pas par terre mais pas changé, serviette qui était sur le portant replié alors qu'elles étaient mouillées (super pour l'hygiène). Le lendemain (JOUR 2) à contrario on mets toutes les serviettes par terre, on nous remet simplement 1 serviette pour 2. Poubelle de la salle de bain pas vidée, papier toilettes pas changé.. BREF que dire de plus.
