This hotel is a little further outside of the city center, but it was easy to get everywhere because there are train and tram stations close by. The hotel seems new, and the room was clean and comfortable. There was A/C. We’d stay here again!

At all it was a good hotel, nice room, comfortable bed, smaller but new bathroom. What we didnt like and made us angry was the fact that check in is from 3pm, we came 4:30pm and when we came to put room, cleaning lady just started to clean and we had to wait for almost half hour before the room… but we were in rush so it was not good situation, another thing is that they offer free parking, thats true, but when we came in the afternoon, there was no free place so we had to find parking somewhere on the street:( and hotel is not that so much close to the centre, we were lucky we came with a car.

The front desk receptionist was not very polite. The room was quite dirty and not thoroughly cleaned well. It seems like the cleaning crew rushed it or didn't even care. There was dirt and grit on the floor and the carpet was horrendous to walk on. Feels like little tiny nails poking you in the foot.

The rooms were fine but staff at checkin were subpar at best. We asked for luggage storage and did not feel confident that our luggage would be there when we returned. There was not accountability for whose luggage it was or how they were being stores. There was an automated check in machine that they fully wanted everyone to use. All staff at the front desk were on their phones during all interactions. Not impressed with front desk staff at all. The location was great for us for Oktoberfest but I would not stay again.

Staff barely spoke to us, granted we only speak English but there wasn’t any acknowledgement from staff as we came in and left. Place was clean and safe and was ok for a few nights, but it’s a shame some basics like a kettle, a small fridge, or some glasses weren't included in the room. It wasn’t even possible to get some ice.

Einige Mitarbeiter waren nicht direkt unfreundlich aber freundlich und hilfsbereit geht anders. Da war es eher lästig, dass man eincheckt oder eine Frage hat. Die Klima Anlage quietschte die ganze Nacht. Fenster offen ging nicht, da viel befahrene Straße vorm Fenster. Zimmer zu viert und nur zwei Haken im Bad… Hafermilch zum Frühstück aber kein V-Joghurt. Obst war ok, aber ein Teil wurde vergessen und dort flirrten die Fruchtfliegen nur so rum. U Bahn und Tram und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten super schnell zu erreichen.

Good value for money

Things that we liked most: - Very comfortable beds. - Very convenient location to use public transportation. Metro station is just 100 meters away. - Breakfast at a reasonable price. The only thing not so great was that the room space was small even though they tried to use it smartly by using bunk beds and hangers on the wall. Overall we had a comfortable staying for a reasonable price.

Hätte gut sein können

Alles sauber und ok. Z.B. funktioniert nicht und Bad hat leider sehr unangenehm gerochen. Erst nach langen Diskussionen war das Personal bereit eine Rechnung auszustellen. Da sie fälschlicherweise der Meinung waren ich müsste sie über die App erhalten.
