8th time staying that the Ambiance Rivoli. Super easy access to U-Bahn and S-Bahn. Bakery, supermarket and gas station all nearby. Quiet neighborhood. Clean facility and friendly staff. Full and tasty breakfast.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, mit super freundlichem Personal und guten Frühstück. Was nicht so toll war, wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße hin und haben nachts kaum ein Auge zu gemacht, die Straße wird befahren wie eine Autobahn, von morgens bis abends! Wenn das Fenster zu war, wurde es viel zu warm in dem Raum. Die Betten sind leider auch „steinhart“.

L'hotel è semplice ed essenziale. Le camere sono pulite e i bagni sono molto ampi. La colazione molto semplice ed abbondante. Ho utilizzato anche il comodo parcheggio interno, con un piccolo supplemento. L'hotel si trova nei pressi di una fermata della metropolitana e quindi comoda per il centro.

Kleines Hotel. Ausstattung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Kissen müssten dringend mal getauscht werden. Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gute Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Parken ist etwas schwierig.

Chambre et hotel

Hotel bien situé à côté des transports en commun, personnel accueillant parlant plusieurs langues. La propreté de la chambre est correct mais en regardant de plus près il y avait des tâches sur les draps (tâches propres ?). On avait une chambre côté route donc très bruyant mais avec des boules quies aucun soucis. Chambre moderne et spacieuse avec tout le nécessaire. Nous n'avons pas pris de petit déjeuner.

Pésimo servicio

Muy mala experiencia , el personal de recepción con pésimo servicio , pedí una habitación junto a la mía para cuando llegara mi familia y ellos dieron la indicación contraria Cuando preguntamos si había estacionamiento no nos pudieron decir exactamente si había o no y finalmente cuando llegamos estaba lleno y el personal de recepción no nos dio una solución , tuvimos que estacionar hasta el centro, pagar la cuota de estacionamiento y un taxi por que era muy tarde y llovía

Zimmer war sauber. Es befand sich unter dem Dach und direkt neben dem Fahrstuhl, was man leider auch Nachts stark gemerkt hat. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und unter Coronabedingungen OK. Als Klimaanlage diente ein an die Wand geschraubter fernbedienbarer Ventilator.
