"Stayed at The Royal Hotel in Mundesly(its not Norwich at all) for three nights over the August Bank Holiday. We cannot praise it enough. The staff were excellent. We witnessed customer care that went above the norm. We would name Will, attentive, friendly and efficient in the bar and restaurant area. ..."

"the rooms were immaculate and a pleasure to walk into. we felt there was a bit too much chlorine in the hot tub. little bit more instruction on using all the cookers/hobs please. apart from that weloved that house."
