"What a wonderful stay! While our room did not overlook the riverfront directly, we could easily see it from the comfort of our window. The room itself was quiet and comfortable, and having a bathtub to soak in made it even more enjoyable. We were able to get to nearby restaurants and museums with ease. And the staff were very friendly. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Axel Hotel in Bilboa. The location, staff, amenities and property were all excellent. We especially enjoyed the beautiful, extra large shower in our room. This was our first time staying at an Axel Hotel and will definitely look forward to staying with Axel again with our future travels. "

"We enjoyed a three night stay at the Voco. The hotel itself is modern, clean and of a good standard. Staff were friendly and everything seemed fairly new and well maintained. We didn't make use of the breakfast facilities or bar so can't really comment but they looked quite inviting. The room was a good size for two with a spacious, comfortable bed. As a light sleeper I really appreciated how quiet it was. There was no noise from outside the hotel at all. The only down side was the neighbourhood which was really quite sketchy. The main route from the hotel to the old town runs through a district called San Francisco which is should be avoided at night. "
